The sled dog race with international participation is an integral part of Lenk. Expectant dogs, tense handlers, and enthusiastic spectators gather every year in February for this spectacular event.

The International Sled Dog Race is complemented by a "village" in the finish area. There are sales stands with all sorts of accessories and useful items for dog sports and recreation. Delicious food for big or small appetites, as well as hot drinks, are also offered.

Admission
Adults CHF 5.– per day, children free

Arrival
For spectators, it is recommended to travel by public transport to Lenk train station. A limited number of parking spaces are available on site for a fee of CHF 5.– (can be exchanged for an admission ticket).

Dogs on a leash
Please keep your dogs on a leash along the race track and in the start/finish area. Keep dogs at least 3 meters away from the trail.

First aid service, veterinarian, and public restroom facilities are available on site.

No trail tickets will be sold on the weekend of Saturday, February 7, and Sunday, February 8, 2026. The availability of the trails will be restricted.
