Gstaad Festival Orchestra | Bomsori, Zhao & van Zw

08.08.2026 , Saturday

This year's concert by Jaap van Zweden conducting "his" Gstaad Festival Orchestra is also his debut in the unique atmosphere of the Mauritiuskirche in Saanen! On the program: 100% Viennese Classical music, very much in the spirit of our festival founder. The spotlight is on two outstanding soloists: violinist Bomsori Kim, well-known to festival guests from her years as Menuhin’s Heritage Artist, and cellist Jing Zhao, trained at the Berlin Karajan Academy under David Geringas and winner of the internationally renowned ARD Competition in Munich.
