Yoga for Kids

Fly like an eagle, sleep like a turtle, or hunch like a cat – experience various exercises in the yoga class. You will train your balance and can look forward to a fun and educational program along with plenty of movement. 

Duration: 1 h

Level of difficulty

There are no prerequisites in order to follow the course. The coach will adapt to the level of the participants.

You can use the parking spaces of the Gstaad Palace.

Equipment

We recommend you to wear comfortable clothes in which you can move comfortably.

Meeting point

We recommend you to arrive 5 minutes before the start of the course "Yoga for Kids".
The course will take place, in good weather at the «PISCINE» of the Gstaad Palace, in bad weather the meeting point will be at the reception of the Palace Spa: Palacestrasse 28, 3780 Gstaad.
