Mountain restaurant Horneggli

The Berghaus Horneggli, located at 1,770 m above sea level, sits directly at the top station of the Horneggli chairlift and boasts a history spanning over 180 years. From Schönried, the chairlift takes you up in just a few minutes, followed by a short walk to this traditional mountain lodge.

In winter, Horneggli is located right on the ski slopes with access to the ski areas of Zweisimmen, St. Stephan, and Schönried. In summer, the popular panoramic trail leads from Rinderberg to Horneggli – offering impressive views and the reward of a well-deserved culinary break after the hike. Its proximity to Gstaad makes the lodge an ideal combination of activity, relaxation, and alpine enjoyment.
